WePlay UID Banned and Support Has Not Responded

I am a WePlay user and my account with UID 516120*** was permanently banned today without any valid reason. While I was using my account, I was suddenly logged out, and when I tried to log in again, I saw that my account had been permanently banned. This situation is very upsetting for me because I have not done anything to deserve a permanent ban and I have not been given any clear explanation. I contacted support, but I have not received any response yet, even though it has been around 8–9 hours. I kindly request that my WePlay account be reviewed in detail and that this unjust permanent ban be lifted as soon as possible, or at least that I be given a clear explanation with evidence of the reason for this ban.
