I am writing regarding my WePlay account being blocked after an incident that occurred yesterday between 11:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Kazakhstan time. I accessed the game through a link and have been playing regularly. My in-game nickname on the blocked account is Ⓐ/Ⓡ (A/R). During a game session, an unknown female player insulted and humiliated me and my relatives. In response, I defended myself, and we both began using strong language. After this, she reported me for insults. However, from what I could see, she was able to continue playing, while my account was blocked.
At first, I received a 3-minute block, and when I later attempted to log back into my account via WhatsApp, I received the following message:
“[2009] [Login error] Your account is involved in the violation: Insults and attacks. Account and device functions have been blocked for 360 hours. Estimated unlock date: 20.02.2026 19:24 UTC+3. A good social environment requires a joint contribution from everyone. [8R942127].”
I respect your rules, and I sincerely apologize to your company for this situation. I reacted emotionally because my relatives were insulted, and it was very difficult not to respond in that moment. I am a blogger and an actor, and I truly enjoy your game, and I do not want to lose access to it. I kindly ask you to review this incident and remove the block from my account and device so that I can continue playing. I do not want anyone to be punished; my only wish is for my access to be restored so everyone can enjoy the game in a fair and positive environment.
