For the past four days, I have been unable to log into my Weplay account under the username karakuğuu with ID 16421688. I received a notification that my account was banned on the grounds of “violating the trust of minors.” I strongly reject this accusation. In fact, I was the one who reported another user to Weplay because that person directed extremely offensive language toward me and my family. Instead of action being taken against the person I reported, my account was banned, and no explanation was given.
To make matters worse, I was also informed that my device is now blocked from accessing the Weplay app entirely. I have already submitted my defense and explanations 23 separate times, yet no concrete response or resolution has been provided. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I received no assistance, leaving me completely cut off from my friends and contacts on the platform.
I believe my account was mistakenly closed and I demand it be reinstated immediately. I also request a clear, detailed explanation of why this unfair action was taken against me. Weplay must review this case urgently, lift the wrongful ban, and restore my access to prevent further harm and frustration.
