I am an active player in Weplay chat rooms and a user who regularly supports the platform by making significant in-game purchases. On December 17, 2025, around 7:10 AM, both my account (ID: 68715186) and my friend’s account (ID: 73992166 – Ms. G**)** were placed into ban groups and unfairly banned without any valid justification.
I am someone who strictly does not allow profanity, slang, insults, or disrespectful behavior in the game or in any groups I create. Despite this, another player who has personal issues with us (ID: 77062708) used vulgar language and made threats against us in the chat room. Afterward, this player unjustly placed us into ban groups, which resulted in our accounts being banned. I am sharing this player’s ID information and screenshots proving the ban actions in the attachments as evidence. I am also aware that this same player has previously caused other users’ accounts to be banned by using profanity, slang, and threats, and I request that appropriate action be taken against this individual as well.
Even though I have supported Weplay both financially and by encouraging others to remain active on the platform, being unfairly banned in this manner has caused us serious harm. For this reason, I request that my account and my friend Ms. G**’s account**, which were banned without cause, be reinstated immediately, and that a proper investigation be conducted into the person who banned us and used threatening and abusive language.
I expect this injustice to be reviewed and corrected as soon as possible, and for our accounts to be restored for use.
