WePlay Keeps Banning My Account Every Week Without a Valid Reason

I use my WePlay account with ID number 15584229, and for a long time I have been receiving repeated bans for no clear reason, which I believe are unfair. Almost every time, I receive a one-week ban, and after being able to use the account for only one day, I get banned again. This has been happening frequently for a long time, and I can no longer use the game regularly.

Even though I have not used cheats, insulted anyone, or engaged in any behavior that disrupts the game, I believe I am being banned again and again based on the same type of evidence or for no valid reason at all. I have been on this platform for years, and I am a player who regularly makes purchases and spends money on my account. Despite this, having my account constantly punished in this way has caused me both financial and emotional frustration.

I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the bans I believe were issued unfairly be removed, and that my currently active ban be lifted immediately. I want to continue using the account that I have spent years of effort and money on without constantly facing these repeated restrictions.
