WePlay Device Restriction Applied Unfairly
I am writing regarding the device restriction and ban placed on my WePlay account (ID: 17785490), which I believe was applied without any valid reason. I was very surprised to see that my account had been restricted even though I have never broken any rules on the platform. I suspect that fraudulent or malicious reports may have unfairly triggered this ban. Some people seem to have targeted my account out of personal grudges, likely because I have many game buddies and am actively involved in the community. As a result of these unfair reports, both I and several of my friends were banned, even though we did nothing wrong. My account was banned for one week starting around the 13th, and I contacted WePlay support by email to appeal this decision. However, I was informed that the decision was final, without being given a clear explanation or evidence of any rule violation. I respectfully request that my case be reconsidered, that the ban and device restriction on my account be lifted, and that my access be fully restored. I want to continue using WePlay fairly and within the rules, and I ask that my account be reviewed again in detail, as I am confident I have not violated any terms.
