I Was Unfairly Banned from WePlay for One Month Without Reason

My WePlay account (ID: 36721***) has been banned for one month, even though I did not violate any rules. I have no idea why this happened, and it seems completely unfair. There are many accounts that actually deserve bans, yet mine was suspended for no reason. On top of that, the ban is for an entire month, which is excessive. I request that my case be reviewed and that my account be reinstated immediately. Please investigate this issue as soon as possible. I should not be penalized when I did nothing wrong.
