I Face WePlay Device Ban With No Explanation and No Customer Support Response

I have been using the WePlay application, and my account has recently been banned at the device level without any clear reason. My WePlay ID is 64360317, and my username is “nova”. My device has been banned for about 4–5 days, and I am no longer able to access my account. I have already contacted WePlay customer care by email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I believe this ban is unfair, and I would like my situation to be checked in detail. I kindly request that my device ban be removed and my account with ID 64360317 (username “nova”) be unbanned, or that I at least receive a clear explanation about the reason for this ban.
