Wbahis Refuses to Cancel My Account and Remove Me From Email/SMS List

I submitted a request to cancel my Wbahis account, but the process has not been completed. Despite following the proper steps, my account remains active, and I continue to receive unwanted emails and SMS messages from them. This lack of action on my request is extremely frustrating and shows a lack of respect for user preferences.
