Wbahis Account Closure Request Ignored Despite Repeated Attempts

I requested to close my account on the Wbahis website, and their support team initially asked for my contact number, which I provided. They assured me that my account would be closed promptly, but no action was taken, and I received no follow-up. I was then told to send an email, which I did, only to later be informed that "account closure is not possible on their platform."

This response is completely misleading and unacceptable. Their claims are inconsistent, and I feel deceived by their lack of transparency. Playing on this site has turned into a regretful experience. I demand immediate closure of my account and expect Wbahis to take responsibility for resolving this issue promptly.
