The products I bought from Watsons arrived incomplete. I contacted Watsons, a record was created and today I received a message that it was concluded negatively. The products I paid for are not sent and are just seen negatively. On what basis is it finalized in this way? One edge of the box seemed to be burst on top of that, and I sent a photo of it.
