I recently changed my phone number and need to update it for my Watsons card, but I haven’t been able to get any support. I tried contacting the Watsons WhatsApp support line as well as their customer service number (0850 755 9987), but neither provided a solution.
This has been incredibly frustrating, as I can no longer access important information or benefits linked to my Watsons card. A simple process like updating a phone number should not be this difficult, especially for a well-known company.
