Rude Employees and Points Scam at Watsons Store

Hello, on March 7, 2024, I shopped at your Watsons store in Düzce Krempark Mall. First, I wanted to buy BB cream, but because it was my first time ordering the product, I wanted to see the many tones. When I asked an employee while she was organizing things in the basket, she answered, 'Actually, there are two hues in it.' I said, 'Yes, but I need to see the color.' She replied, 'Okay, I'll show you in a minute,' and turned around to finish arranging the things on the floor. I was kept waiting for her non-urgent task for two or three minutes. When I extended my wrist to view the color, she forcefully stated, 'I can't put it on your wrist; you look.' I responded, 'I didn't ask you to apply it to my wrist; just squeeze it, and I'll apply it myself,' and she departed. Then I bought my things, despite the horrible service. When I handed over the products to the cashier, she added, 'There are two wet wipes in the back as a gift, you can have them.' 'Look, it's a present,' she added, and 'I'm providing you a code to use with your gift, tell me. I told her, and when I examined the ticket today, I saw that the wet wipes were not a gift; instead, they had utilized my collected points and claimed they were a gift. Does a large brand like yours actually require such games? If that's the case, what a shame!
