Waplog Paid Feature Stuck on “Activity Pending”

I purchased a one-week Waplog product, but it constantly shows “activity pending,” and I have not been able to get any benefit from it at all. The money I paid has essentially gone to waste. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do, and I cannot reach anyone for support or communication.

This service worked without any problems before, but now it is completely nonfunctional. I want to understand what the issue is and why the service I paid for is no longer working.
