VPN Lumos App Charging $5 Weekly Without Visible Subscription

I want to file a complaint about the VPN application. I am not using the app and I do not want to use it. I cannot find any record showing that I have an active subscription, but I am being charged $5 every week from my account.
How long will I have to keep paying this, and how can I stop it? Please help me. I want a refund or for this transaction to be canceled. Please accept my complaint.
