On June 17, I accidentally purchased the VPN Lumos service. While playing a game, I mistakenly bought the product through a website and then noticed that it included a three-day free trial. Since I did not want to use the product, I canceled it the same day without delay. Despite this, a charge of $35 was added to my bill. Additionally, Apple requested an extra $1 payment, which I did not approve and canceled.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted Apple customer service on August 7. They told me to submit a dispute. I filed two disputes, but both were rejected, and I was told that I had no remaining appeal rights. I also tried to reach both Apple and VPN Lumos; however, I could not get through to VPN Lumos because their phone line was constantly busy, and I did not attempt to contact them by email.
I absolutely did not use the product and canceled it immediately. Despite this, no refund was issued, and I have been left in a difficult situation. I am currently unemployed and cannot afford this amount. I am requesting a refund of my payment.
