Volkswagen Navigation Problem

During a previous trip to Europe with my Volkswagen, I discovered that the navigation system only works within the borders of Turkey. Upon contacting road assistance and explaining the issue, I was directed to download the European map from https://app-connect.volkswagen.com/mapupdates/tr/download/#download. They suggested I could install it myself or do it at an authorized service center. On November 14, I informed them about the maintenance and map situation during the routine maintenance at Tamaş authorized service. After necessary consultations, the service informed me that they couldn't install the European map due to restrictions with Doğuş. I complained by calling 4448924. A day later, they claimed that the Ministry of National Defense did not permit the installation of the map. When I questioned why the Turkish map, already installed in the car, interfered with the European map, there was no response.
Now, I demand the installation of the European map on my vehicle. While crossing borders and using the car's Wi-Fi for internet access, the App Connect disconnects, forcing us to choose between navigating through the phone or the road. This led to an accident. Is this the level of customer satisfaction Volkswagen provides? If so, why is the map promoted on your website? App Connect disrupts communication with the phone when connected to Wi-Fi. As you know, looking at the phone while driving is an offense in Europe. I urgently request a resolution to this issue.
