Water Leak Issue in Brand New Skoda Superb

I purchased a Skoda Superb Prestige on July 3, 2024, and soon discovered a water accumulation issue on the rear floor after using the AC. When I brought the vehicle to the service center on August 29, I was informed that the issue stemmed from wax used during transport to prevent corrosion. An expert confirmed this and the service team ordered replacement parts under warranty, yet they couldn’t guarantee it would fully resolve the issue.
For over 20 days, my brand-new 2.5 million TL car has been sitting in the service center, awaiting parts. Meanwhile, I was provided a smaller replacement vehicle, which doesn’t match the Superb's class. I urge Skoda to address this problem immediately and provide a solution that fully resolves the issue without compromising the vehicle’s integrity.
