Volkswagen Golf 8 HVAC Grille Issue

After just four months of owning my 2021 Golf 8 1.0 ETSI, I noticed some serious wear and tear on the area where the heater blower and directional grille are connected. It's definitely not holding up well. I went to the authorized service center of A****** B****** to address this problem. However, even after showing them the disintegration, they insisted that it wasn't covered under warranty. They suggested that it might have been caused by impact or external factors. After a few months, the heater cores started falling apart. Surprisingly, even the driver's side heater core was affected, even though I never touched the grille on the left side of the steering wheel. I've been attempting to communicate with the service provider about this problem, emphasizing that it is not my fault but rather a result of the metal they used at the end of the core. This metal causes damage to the plastic when it is heated. In addition, there have been multiple complaints on Facebook groups and YouTube search results regarding the "Golf 8 HVAC grille issue." These complaints suggest that other users have encountered similar problems, indicating a recurring issue. However, it appears that the dealership is either unaware or unwilling to address the issue. Another customer who visited my workplace with a Golf 8 encountered a similar issue, but unfortunately, they did not receive any assistance from the warranty. They expressed their disappointment with the situation. Considering these clear problems, Volkswagen's lack of support for their product brings to mind the emissions scandal in the U.S. It's quite disappointing that they persist in selling vehicles that claim to be durable, yet fail to address obvious flaws. I strongly believe that the problem with my vehicle is not due to how I use it, but rather because of the low quality of the plastic components and the damage caused by temperature changes affecting the metal inside. I am requesting a solution to address my concerns and a replacement for the defective part.
