Citroen Car Brake Pad Problem
Hello, I am the owner of 34 *** 364 (VR*ACY****0418) with 20/07/2023 traffic exit. My vehicle has been regularly maintained at Istanbul Mersa authorized service. At the 20.000 maintenance, I was told that the front brake pads were due for replacement and the pad was replaced. After the pad replacement, the brakes started to make noise. I talked to the service consultant Cihan G*** about this and he said that there was no problem with the pad or disk in the vehicle controls, only that the pad was in the acclimatization period. He said to come again if it doesn't pass. I had 3 visits in this way. In all my visits, even though I stated that the disk could be damaged due to the pads, they even said that nothing would happen to the disks. The staff at the service named Ayhan checked the discs and said that there was no problem, but they said, "Bring it back next week and let's take a look and in the meantime, you can travel with peace of mind. For this reason, when I went to the service center today, a file numbered QL7C6E9V98 was opened and they told me that the front brake pads would be replaced under warranty but the disks were damaged. and they said it was not covered by the warranty. Although I explained this past process many times, they did not accept it. A vehicle that is less than 1 year old, all maintenance and problems have been done at Mersa authorized service, and this disc problem could have been seen during the change of the pads. Although I have said it many times, the disk is now dabra. Today, I will take my vehicle from the service without having the front brake operations done and I will cut all my relations with that service and start litigation procedures.
