Volkswagen DSG Transmission Fails Again After Authorized Repairs

Even though all maintenance on my 2015 Volkswagen with 130,000 km was done at an authorized service center, I experienced a serious problem with the chronically known DSG transmission.
About two months ago, while the vehicle was driving, it malfunctioned and I ended up stranded on the road. It was towed to Doğuş Oto Esenyurt service. The car was displaying a DSG error and would not go above 20 km/h.
The repair process at the service center began, some procedures and parts were replaced, and I paid about $1,040 in service fees for these repairs. 2–3 days after I picked up the car, the same problem happened again. I took the vehicle back to Doğuş Oto Esenyurt, and this time they performed more procedures for a fee again. Even so, when I picked up the vehicle, the same problem continued — the car still showed the DSG error and would not go over 20 km/h.
So far, I have paid more than $1,150 total at Doğuş Oto Esenyurt for this problem. Even with all that, my car still hasn’t been fixed, and now I’ve been told the dual-mass flywheel also needs to be replaced and that this will require another fee.
Every time I go in, they change a different part and ask for a new payment, yet the root cause of the problem still hasn’t been solved, leaving me suffering ongoing losses. My vehicle — for which all service and repairs were done at an authorized service center — clearly has a chronically known DSG issue that should be resolved permanently and without additional fees.
I want this issue fixed once and for all at no extra charge, and I also request that all the fees I’ve already paid for unsuccessful repairs related to this issue be refunded to me.
