Attention Volkswagen Buyers: Tiguan Sunroof Leakage Issue

I want to warn everyone who is thinking about buying a Volkswagen about a serious problem with the sunroof leaking. Even though I had all the necessary maintenance done at an authorized service center, water has been getting into my 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan through the sunroof. The cost of fixing the car was 6,500 TL, and the damaged sunshade cost an extra 5,000 TL. I went to Volkswagen Turkey's Instagram page to tell them about the problem, but to my surprise, they not only didn't respond, but they also blocked me. Dear Volkswagen officials, spending 5,000 to 10,000 TL may not make me poor, but I'm sorry to say that your attitude will cause you to lose a lot of customers. I want people who want to buy a Volkswagen to take this advice seriously. Thank you.
