Vodafone's Excessive Data Plan Fees
Vodafone keeps taking money from my phone without any reason. Even though I have an internet package, they still charged me for using the internet. I'm having trouble getting in touch with a customer service representative to help me with a problem. They brought in this thing called "Tobi," which is basically a useless robot that doesn't do anything. Vodafone is being unfair, but we can't do anything about it. Also, they sent a notification about an extra package as part of a campaign. Whenever I try to buy the package, the app and website give me system errors and won't let me make the purchase. They use this strategy as part of their unfair practices. I live in Ankara, and there are problems with the network in a lot of places. Instead of trying to make their unfair practices better, I suggest they focus on investing in improving the infrastructure of their system.
