Vodafone Service Cancellation Issues and Unauthorized Package Changes
It's been more than a week since we last heard anything about reference number 1-537373218***. I have provided the necessary information for the cancellation of my line; however, rather than persuading me to do so, they have proposed a change in the package that is supposed to be more appropriate, and I have agreed to this. However, because of a problem with the system, the transfer did not take place. Now, they have changed my package at random without obtaining my consent, and there is no customer support available to assist with the situation. Without obtaining any confirmation from me, deceptive actions were carried out. I would like to lodge a formal complaint. My complaint is being lodged here in the expectation of receiving some sort of assistance.
