Vodafone Fails to Deliver New SIM Card
I've been a Vodafone customer for years, and when I called to request a replacement SIM card due to issues like poor connectivity and other glitches, they assured me they'd send one to my address. I gave them my current address, and they promised it would arrive within a week. However, ten days had passed with no sign of the new SIM card. Frustrated, I called Vodafone again, and this time they said they hadn't even dispatched it and couldn't send it now. I reminded them of our previous conversation, in which they had promised to send it. They said they'd look into it and get back to me, but I'm still waiting.
