Unjust Invoicing and Threats of Legal Action by Vodafone

On 23.07.2023, I ordered iPhone 11 from the online store and although days passed, the order was being prepared. I canceled the order and bought it elsewhere and received it in 2 days, Vodafone reflects the first installment of the phone, which I did not receive and was not even shipped, on my invoice. What is it, sir, it will be returned within 8 days after the payment is made. This is usury, you cannot invoice for a product that is not delivered. Invoicing means demanding money from the other party, although I have not received any product, they expect a fee from me, and if I do not pay, they say that my line will be restricted and legal methods will be processed in the further process, not knowing that what has been done is against the law, and they tell me that they will seek legal rights.
