Vodafone Will Not Terminate My GSM Service
I don't understand how a company can be this bad before even filing a complaint. I also don't understand how a name like this got so big. I started a transfer request to switch to another mobile operator. Despite being told that my new line would be activated within 48 hours, it took four days, and the SIM card was still stuck in the courier stage. During these agonizing four days, I must have made over 50 phone calls and never spoke to a live person. I finally decided that even if it were free, I would not use this operator's line. As a result, I decided to renew my contract with my previous operator. They now claim they can't cancel the yet-to-be-activated line and appear only interested in extracting money from me. To be honest, the level of service they provide does not justify the extensive advertising they receive. I will not use their service, regardless of the cost, and will exercise all of my legal rights. In my opinion, a company that can't even connect with customers for four days is far from a behemoth.
