Vodafone Put My Name on Black List Tho I Have No Debt

I wonder if Vodafone is just a regret for all... On 11/11/2023, I applied to transfer my postpaid line to Vodafone. The courier delivered the SIM card after 2 days; I signed and submitted the documents. It's been 12 days, and the line is still not active. I've been calling customer service for a week, visited a Vodafone store, and was told I'm blacklisted, but I have no debts anywhere. Checking on e-government shows no outstanding balance. Tired of calling customer service, I even contacted Vodafone's affiliated law firm, and they confirmed no issues. Despite all this, customer service couldn't determine why I'm blacklisted. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. If we're facing this much trouble without being customers yet, I wonder what it will be like if we were actual customers.
