Vodafone Internet Disconnected Without Reason....

On June 22, they turned off my home internet, which I use often, without asking me or getting my permission. When I called Vodafone, they told me that my line had been cut off because of a system error and that it could not be turned back on. I also had to apply again to get the new link. I asked for a new line from Vodafone on June 23. Even though it's July 10, I still can't connect to the internet. Vodafone doesn't do anything to fix what it did wrong. My children cannot attend online classes. Vodafone also took away the only entertainment of our children, which we were afraid to take out of the house so that they would not play around the buildings destroyed after the earthquake.
