Vodafone Insisted on Plan Switch Despite Active Membership

Vodafone called me and said that my mobile plan had ended, so they switched me to a different plan that cost more. I called Vodafone customer service to confirm this change, but they told me that my current plan was still good until the end of March 2024, which was different from what they had said before. This is outright wrong, and I want these misleading practices to be reported to the right people so they can look into them and possibly take action against the people responsible. I am making a formal complaint, and I will not stop until this problem is fixed. It's important to treat customers fairly and honestly, and this kind of trickery shouldn't be allowed.
