Vodafone Fails to Deliver Promised Phone

Hello there! I bought a refurbished Galaxy A21s phone on June 18, 2023, because I knew it was in stock. But I've been told they can't send it to me because they don't have anymore. It's annoying, right? I suggested canceling the order and using the same points I have for a new phone to get another phone. But what did they say? "We just can't do that." I've been waiting for my phone for over two weeks now, but it hasn't come yet. This kind of customer service and tracking of products is just not good enough. In this way, Vodafone has really let me down. Dear officials, please fix my problem by either sending me my phone or a phone that works just as well.
