Vodafone Overcharged Me for the Robor R910 BT Order


I bought the Robor R910 BT (item 1001973165) and added it to my Vodafone bill on September 30, 2023. It's been about a month and a half, and I still haven't received the product, but they're still charging me on my bill. Even though I've called the customer service line multiple times, they keep telling me that they've escalated my complaint and I have to wait. Sometimes they abruptly end the call. Whenever I call the complaint line, they always put me on hold for 15-20 minutes, which just makes the whole situation even worse. When I tried to cancel the order, they told me I had to pay a fee even though the order had been pending for a month and a half. Vodafone is charging me for something they haven't given me.
