Vodafone: Delayed iPhone Order, No Delivery, Still Charged

I ordered two used iPhones on October 6, 2023, to add to my Vodafone bill. The delivery was supposed to arrive on October 8-10, but my order is still stuck at the "order received" stage and hasn't been delivered yet. The customer service is completely unhelpful, always trying to find reasons to end the call. They haven't even sent out the order, but it's already showing up on my bill. We really need the phones because we don't have any right now, and it's not okay for a big company like Vodafone. I need help right away.
