Vodafone Customer Service Aggression, I Had a Super Unsettling Experience with a Discount Dispute

Vodafone customer service called me on November 27, 2023, at 10:45, from the number 054*******54. They informed me that I would receive the discount for the 2nd term of your campaign for only 1 month, and for the remaining 11 months, I would have to pay without the discount. I explained that we discussed last month that the 2nd term lasts for 12 months, there seems to be a mistake, and I do not accept or approve it. When the representative couldn't get me to say "approve," they became frustrated, raised their voice, and hung up on me. I tried to reach out to customer service by calling 542 but couldn't get past the automated system. I'm writing here to bring this to Vodafone's attention. Dear Vodafone, what's happening? Why the aggression? If my concern is not addressed through a callback, I will consider changing my service provider. I'd rather switch without facing such aggression.
