Unwanted Charges by Vodafone

Approximately 1.5 months ago, I switched my mobile service to Vodafone with a 12-month commitment. Additionally, I was informed by a customer service representative during the initial transfer that the tariff suspension feature would be complimentary throughout the commitment period. However, on October 19, 2023, I received a notification on my phone stating, 'Your tariff suspension feature will be renewed after 22/10/2023 for 25 TL. If you want to cancel, send an SMS to 7000.' In response, I sent an SMS to 7000, and I received a message on 21/10/2023 stating 'Your service is not active.' The screenshot regarding this is attached. Following this, I called 542 to contact customer service, explained the situation, and was told there was a problem with the SMS system. They assured me that they would notify me once the issue was resolved since similar complaints were received from other customers. I ended the call. Last week, when reviewing my current bill on the Vodafone mobile app, I noticed that the tariff suspension feature had been renewed for 25 TL, and this charge was reflected in my bill. When I called 542 again to narrate my experience, they stated that they couldn't take any action, and that I had to pay the fee. I requested cancellation once more. Today, on 19/11/2023, I received another SMS saying, 'Your tariff suspension feature will be renewed on 22/11/2023 for 35 TL.' When I sent an SMS for cancellation again, I received a message stating 'Your cancellation request has been received.' The screenshot regarding this is attached. My request to you is to investigate and rectify the unjust renewal charge of 25 TL on 22/10/2023 for the tariff suspension feature.

thanks
