Vodafone Cash Transfer Sent Incorrect Amount Due to Network Fee

I am a Vodafone Cash customer in Giza, Egypt, and I faced a problem during a deposit operation via the electronic wallet. I requested a deposit of 530 EGP, but by mistake only 527 EGP were transferred from my side due to a network fee being deducted, so the amount that reached the other party was less than what was agreed. The transfer was made from the number 01203606*** to the number 01278548*** about 40 minutes ago. I have the exact transfer time, the reference number, and screenshots and receipts that prove the transaction details and the amount that was sent. I request that the situation be reviewed based on the transaction reference and the attachments I will provide, and that the amount be corrected to reach the full 530 EGP as originally requested, or that the funds be refunded to my wallet if this is not possible. I hope this issue will be handled urgently and that I will be informed of the outcome after the review.
