Unauthorized Insurance Charges by Vodafone Dealer
Hello, my phone number is 0543*****45, and I bought it from a Vodafone dealer. They added a package called "free insurance," but it actually included accessory and protection fees totaling 164 TL. For each of these cases, I have spoken with customer service representatives several times and opened tickets. They stated that someone would contact me, but no one did. I also contacted Tobi's help, made a written record, and discovered that the previous records were incorrect. They assured me that it would be resolved this time, but I'm not sure I believe them. I'm going to file a complaint. All 542 representatives and dealer employees (Ozlü Iletişim in Bergama, Izmir) who added this insurance without my consent for a measly 3-cent commission have engaged in illegal practices. I demand that this matter be resolved.
