Unable to Convert Vodafone GSM Number to eSIM
Dear Vodafone Customer Service,
Recently, I purchased a new phone that only supports eSIM and doesn't accept physical SIM cards. Since May 7th, I've visited three different main branches to convert my current postpaid number to eSIM, but unfortunately, none of these branches were able to provide this service. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I haven't found a solution, and I was informed that only branch staff can facilitate this conversion. Despite lodging a complaint previously, I received no response. I urgently request your assistance in resolving this issue and converting my postpaid number to eSIM. Your prompt response and action would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
