Unable to Convert Vodafone GSM Number to eSIM

Dear Vodafone Customer Service, Recently, I purchased a new phone that only supports eSIM and doesn't accept physical S...IM cards. Since May 7th, I've visited three different main branches to convert my current postpaid number to eSIM, but unfortunately, none of these branches were able to provide th
