My Attempt to Return a Vodafone-Purchased Watch

I wanted to return a watch I purchased through Vodafone's mobile app, but unfortunately, I hit a roadblock. They frustratingly kept sending it back, citing that watches couldn't be returned. I am disappointed by this situation, and I made three attempts to initiate a return request, but unfortunately, I was rejected each time. I am disappointed to acknowledge that I have the right to return items within 15 days, but unfortunately, I am unable to exercise this right. This experience has been nothing short of disappointing; it has left me feeling let down and dissatisfied as a customer. It's disappointing that others need to be aware of this ordeal when dealing with Vodafone purchases through their mobile app, as the inability to return a product can greatly affect the overall shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
