Vodafone's Smartwatch Nightmare: Constant Problems, Failed Fixes

12

I bought the Sword Snazy smartwatch from Vodafone in January 2023, and it has been a constant source of frustration. From the start, it had persistent connectivity issues and sensor malfunctions. They replaced the watch when I took it in for the first service, but the problems persisted. They claimed to have done an update on the second service visit, and when I insisted on a refund, they referred me to the Consumer Arbitration Committee rather than resolving the issue. I want my money back for the watch. Surprisingly, I purchased another watch from the same brand on the same day, and it works flawlessly. It's perplexing how one brand can provide such disparate experiences. I expect Vodafone to quickly rectify this situation, as it is tarnishing their reputation.
