I Was Deceived By Vodafone Türkiye

On October 23, 2023, at 11:25 a.m., I received a call from your end. My authorized subscription had expired, and I was told that I could get a plan with 25 GB of internet, 1000 minutes, and 250 SMS for 120 TL. I confirmed it ten times just to be sure. I then gave my approval over the phone. The plan assigned to me, however, was only 13 GB for a blatant 178 TL, a clear and deliberate deception.
