Vodafone Network Problem. Wretched!

Roughly 15 days back, I renewed my contract with Vodafone. This was after already renewing it last year and dealing with numerous issues. I can't tally the exact count of records I've made post-renewal. My location is Izmir, and I'm struggling to experience decent internet connectivity anywhere or hold smooth conversations. I'm on the hunt for a reliable conversation zone—online, that is. Each time I reach out to customer service, it's a broken record of the same responses. I can't fault the representatives; they're just relaying what's on their screens. The real problem lies squarely with Vodafone's disregard and ineptitude, especially puzzling with a cell tower right by my home. To anyone reading this grievance, I wholeheartedly caution against choosing Vodafone. It's a decision I now deeply regret.
