PUBG Mobile Sound Not Working on Vivo V60 Lite

On my Vivo V60 Lite phone, I am experiencing an audio problem that occurs only in PUBG Mobile. For about three days, whenever I enter the game, there is no game sound at all, and I also cannot hear the voices of other players in the game. My phone’s overall audio works normally, and there are no issues with other apps or games—the problem only happens in PUBG Mobile.
Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the application, the issue did not improve. I also tried to get help through in-game support and other related channels, but my problem was not resolved. Despite trying different settings on the phone, I have not been able to fix the issue, and it has completely ruined my enjoyment of the game.
I request that this audio problem in PUBG Mobile be investigated, that the necessary technical fixes be made, and that the issue be permanently resolved as soon as possible.
