Vivense Left a Heavy Swing and Table Set Uninstalled at My Door
When I bought a swing and a table set made from shelves from Vivense, I thought the process would be easy and professional. That being said, I was shocked when the goods came and I realized I needed to rent a crane to put them together—something the salesperson never told me before the sale. This very important information was left out, and I had to quickly figure out what to do next. Even worse, the things were left at my door unboxed and without any help, installation service, or packaging to keep them safe. It was awful to be let down by a business that seems skilled and trustworthy. I feel like I was lied to and now have big, useless furniture that I can't put together on my own. I wish I hadn't bought this from Vivense.
Hello, unfortunately you were not able to help in any way. I want to return the product, but you say you will deduct 30%. I want to exchange the product, but you say I can't. I am asking for help with the shipping, but you say it's not our problem and that we need to rent a crane for transportation. Is your corporate approach to victimize people? I definitely do not recommend you, you are not solution-oriented at all.
