Vivense Refused to Accept Return for a Standard Cabinet I Mistakenly Ordered

I ordered something from Vivense, but I messed up when picking the product. I thought it was just a regular item, so I asked if I could return it if it didn’t fit. I was surprised to find out that I couldn't return it since it was labeled as a custom-made product. I didn't order a custom-sized or personalized piece—this was just a regular cabinet that was on their website. I was really taken aback by how they just wouldn’t budge or show any understanding. I tried to get in touch with someone who could really assist me, but every time I tried to talk to a real person, I just got automated responses or hit a wall. I'm feeling overlooked and really wish I hadn't put my trust in a company that just leaves customers hanging when issues arise.

I bought a chandelier from Vivense and the wrong chandelier arrived; I ordered another chandelier and this time it arrived broken. I made a payment and they said it was incomplete, I sent the amount they said again, I sent the incomplete payment, Vivense is the one who told me the amount. They work so amateurishly. Even a calm person would go crazy if they shopped from Vivense. If you don't want to be disgraced with your money, stay away from this product.
