I was surprised to find out that I couldn't return it since it was labeled as a custom-made product. I didn't order a custom-sized or personalized piece—this was just a regular cabinet that was on their website. I was really taken aback by how they just wouldn’t budge or show any understanding. I tried to get in touch with someone who could really assist me, but every time I tried to talk to a real person, I just got automated responses or hit a wall. I'm feeling overlooked and really wish I hadn't put my trust in a company that just leaves customers hanging when issues arise.
