Vivense Took ₺20K for a Custom TV Unit and Denied My Refund Request

Vivense is not a company I can rely on, and I regret trusting them despite their reputation in the sector. They left me stuck with a poorly designed product and a significant debt. I ordered a TV unit and had no idea it was being made specifically for me. They claim this was mentioned in the documents I supposedly agreed to, but honestly, who reads through all those documents today? I feel this product was forced on me, and they took ₺20.000 from me. When I requested a refund, they refused, stating that it was a custom product and could not be returned. In this day and age, when customer satisfaction is a priority, I am appalled by their approach. I have deleted all my accounts with Vivense and declare that I will never engage with them again. As an influencer, I will share my experience widely to warn others to avoid this company at all costs.
