Surprisingly, their partnership with the manufacturer came to an end, yet they neglected to notify us. We waited for what felt like an eternity for a sofa that never arrived! We asked for a refund, but they are declining to reimburse us, which has left us unable to buy another sofa. The staff have shown a lack of interest throughout this process. We kindly request immediate assistance from the authorities and express our strong dissatisfaction with this brand. We strongly advise against choosing Vivense.
