Vivense Failed to Deliver Our Sofa and Refuses Refund

We placed an order for a sofa from the Vivense Turkey on 06.07.2024, but unfortunately, our product was never delivered. Surprisingly, their partnership with the manufacturer came to an end, yet they neglected to notify us. We waited for what felt like an eternity for a sofa that never arrived! We asked for a refund, but they are declining to reimburse us, which has left us unable to buy another sofa. The staff have shown a lack of interest throughout this process. We kindly request immediate assistance from the authorities and express our strong dissatisfaction with this brand. We strongly advise against choosing Vivense.
