Vivense Sent Incorrect Parts for My Lissa TV Stand and I Can't Assemble It Properly

I purchased the "Lissa TV Stand with Cabinet, Safirmeşe White (TT3-1123)" via Vivense. However, I am unable to assemble the product correctly because one of the four metal parts that make up the frame was sent incorrectly. As shown in the image, there is one metal part with a right-leaning slope and three with a left-leaning slope. These metal parts are supposed to be placed opposite each other to form the shelf, but due to this mistake, I cannot assemble them properly. I request one metal part with a right-leaning slope. I do not want to wait a month for the shipment of the incorrect part to be fixed. I kindly request that the error be corrected as soon as possible. Order number: 3b9307106431.

My grievance has not been resolved yet. After placing the order, I couldn't find any shipment with the tracking code and order code provided to me at the "shipped" stage. After calling customer service twice, my order was moved back to the "preparing" stage. I was told that an incorrect tracking code was given, the product is showing as shipped, and the correct tracking code would be provided in 2 days. Apparently, the product has been in shipment for about 4 days...
