On 29.04.2025, I purchased a white dresser from the Vivense website with order number 599b07325625. Although there was no damage during delivery, the drawers of the dresser were sent in brown instead of white. I paid a total of ₺849, including both the product itself and the additional assembly fee. I contacted Vivense customer service several times to resolve the issue, and each time I was told that my request had been received. However, no solution has been provided so far regarding the delivery of the correct parts. I request that the drawers of the dresser in my order be sent to me in white, as I originally purchased. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
